| This was not the first time we have tried these cookies but haven't made them in a while. Overall a good cookie and according to the recipe a prize winning cookie at that. They stay moist for several days if stored correctly in an air tight container. Certainly a cookie that i would make again - just do not always have molasses on hand. |

Lynsey gave Jason's dad a cookie jar for Christmas with a promise to make him a batch of cookies one a month for a year. These are the ones he wants every time.
